First and foremost, it is in an excellent location for Riccione, both because it is facing the sea and because of the parking facilities and easy access to other attractions in the area. The room was a pleasant surprise, given that on numerous previous stays on the Romagna Riviera, the rooms were small, smelly and with unusable bathrooms. The room for three people was reasonably spacious for its intended use, but the best part was the large bathroom with an equally large shower. Functional balcony. Il personale di pulizia é risultato eccellente, la signora Ester si è interessata di un nostro giudizio sulla pulizia e si è resa disponibile per eventuali nostre esigenze. Il personale di sala, nonostante il cibo fosse mediocre, gestisce le colazioni con presenza, disponibilità e gentilezza senza tralasciare dettagli. A wonderful experience, especially in terms of professionalism, cleanliness and helpfulness. The hotel is equipped with all the main amenities, and the sun terrace with adjoining children's room is excellent. The agreement with the Beach Village water park, a 5-minute walk away, is very useful. Home-cooked food, excellent organisation for meals and a very rich breakfast buffet with delicious homemade cakes. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location for the seafront, half an hour's walk from Viale Ceccarini.

"Everything is perfect!"
